Apply named multi-move revision routines to longer pieces

Extends Grade-1 Spring revision (reread, add, replace, combine) to include CHECK TENSE CONSISTENCY and ADD A CLOSING SENTENCE. Revision is done with a colored pencil, in writer's notebook, on multi-paragraph drafts.
