Your child's audio is processed and then either discarded within 24 hours (if no issues were flagged) or retained for 30 days for your review (if there were persistent difficulties), after which it is permanently deleted. You can export or delete all audio at any time from your settings.

We do not use your child's audio or progress data to train models.

Sensitive fields (including your child's name) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a per-family key. Audio files are encrypted at rest.

Email us at support@mythinkbot.com to close your account; we will delete all data within 30 days.
