Common misconceptions
- Using 'yesterday' for any time in the past (a child says 'yesterday' for last summer)
- Confusing 'tomorrow' with 'later today' (a child says 'tomorrow' meaning 'in 5 minutes')
- Reversing yesterday/tomorrow (developmentally common at K — needs daily routine to consolidate)
