Note-taking with citation captured at point of note (citation-ribbon workflow)

Build a note-card workflow that captures SOURCE INFO (author + short title + page) at the top of every note card, NOTE TYPE (Q/P/S — quote/paraphrase/summary) in the margin, CONTENT in the middle, and YOUR THINKING at the bottom. Use one color per source. Capture citation at the POINT of note-taking, never retroactively.
