Use commas in series, compound sentences, and dialogue tags

Apply comma rules in three contexts: series of 3+ items, before a coordinating conjunction in a compound sentence ('I ran, and I fell.'), and after a dialogue tag at the start of a quotation ('She said, "Stop."'). Introductory dialogue is a light entry; full mechanics belong to Grade 3.
